Concept
After a rough night, a young woman ends up in a cheap hotel and encounters herself as a self-refection in a surreal dream, with unexpected consequences.
Synopsis (spoiler!)
A young woman by the name of Liselore arrives at a cheap hotel. Wasted, she books a room, but instead of going to bed right away, she devours a pizza and drinks some more bottles of wine. She then finally collapses on the bed and is fast asleep.
She is woken up by a loud crash. the power goes out but a prple glow illuminates the room. She gets up, stumbles to the window. All she sees is fog, so she decides to go down.
Outside, it's a different world. On the left is a large portal with people emerging from it. They run down the street and disappear at the other end. Accross the road is a man in a wheelchair, holding a sign saying "Repent! The End Is Near."
Liselore then notices someone looking just like her walking in her direction. Intrigued, she approaches her double, who is like a self reflection. They keep walking until their heads touch. There is flash and they desolve, all gone.
Hardly rested, Liselore wakes up. The sun is shining. The room is bright. She gets out of bed and walks to the window. Outside is a market. All is normal. It was only a dream!
