Synopsis (spoiler!)
Walter Pinhead's Halloween takes a pleasant turn when he is asked out by the pretty new recruiter, Carlotta Panache. But what's her game? Pinhead learns the gruesome truth later that evening when he asks her to drive him back to the office to pick up his keys and he discerns a soft moaning and wailing. All cubicles are occupied by headless coworkers!
He activates the PC screen of his assistant Ben, who can communicate with him via the PC speakers and tells him what happened: Carlotta took their heads. Before Ben can say more, Carlotta shows up, gun in hand. She forces Pinhead to follow her to her office, where she explains the purpose of the head hunt.
The brains are combined into a powerful humanized computer, but fresh heads are needed all the time. Carlotta asks Pinhead's help to get the captured heads past the firewall. Pinhead buys time by telling her he needs coffee and offering her some as well. Pinhead keeps sleeping pills in his office, and he dissolves several in Carlotta's coffee, who falls asleep.
Pinhead returns to Ben and learns how Carlotta was able to get the heads. He repeats the process remotely and succeeds in capturing Carlotta's head. The tables turned, he forces her to tell him how to reunite the heads of his colleagues with their bodies, and thus saves the day.
